Reviews and Ratings
What a breathtaking experience! This hotel feels like a slice of paradise with its beautiful gardens and close proximity to a stunning beach. The bungalows were absolutely lovely and comfortable, plus the pool was impressive. A minor downside was that it could get busy during peak times, but the overall tranquility was refreshing. Dining at the restaurant offered great meals, though sometimes the menu could seem a bit limited for longer stays.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The beach location is beautiful, and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the experience became strange and uncomfortable with issues like a lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and poor communication about dining arrangements. The room decor was lovely, but some facilities and amenities need improvement to truly enhance the experience.
This hotel is beautifully presented with an excellent outdoor pool and a location that's just a short walk over a bridge to the beach. The staff was remarkable, and I appreciated the upgrade to my room. The breakfast was decent, but there’s room for improvement. Overall, the experience was enjoyable with good food and lovely surroundings, although the dining service felt a bit impersonal at times.
Overall, I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were moderately comfortable and had good amenities, the service left much to be desired, especially at the front desk. The beach access was lovely, and the restaurant offered tasty food, but the delays and cleanliness issues around the pool were disappointing. The potential for a great stay is there, but it needs some attention to detail.
I had a positive experience at Lagoon Paradise. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially from Eranga and Imantha. The beach property was serene and beautiful, which made my stay quite enjoyable. However, there were a few minor issues that could be improved to make it even better.
